How can we help?

Set up, everyday use, your plan, your data, and what to do when something didn’t work.

Install, create or join a household, and the first fifteen minutes.

Lists, chores, calendar, Dewey, Shopping Session, Decisions, the brief.

Invite, roles and approvals, remove or leave.

The 60-day trial, Basic vs Plus, subscribe, cancel, refunds.

Sign-in, passwords, notifications, appearance, your data.

Something didn’t work. Find it by what you saw, not by what we call it.

Still stuck?

Tell us what you tapped and what happened. A screenshot helps enormously. We read every message.
