Store reminders don’t fire
The reminder needs Family Plus, location set to Always, and items on the list attached to that place.
What you see
You arrive at a saved store and nothing appears.
Quick check
- Is your household on Family Plus? Store reminders are a Plus feature.
- Phone settings → Day2Day → Location: Always, with Precise location on?
- Is the list attached to that place, and does it have unchecked items?
- Is Store Reminders turned on for the place in Home → menu → Places?
Fix
- Grant Always and Precise location.
- Open the place in Places, make sure Store Reminders is on and the right list is attached.
- Battery savers can delay arrival detection; exempt Day2Day on Android.
How you know it worked
The next time you arrive with items on the list, the reminder appears within a minute or two.
