A list or item disappeared
Deleted things wait in Trash for 14 days. Private lists show only to the person who made them.
What you see
A list or item you remember is not where it was.
Quick check
- Was it deleted? Settings → Privacy & Data → Trash lists everything deleted in the last 14 days.
- Was it a private list made by someone else? Private lists are visible only to their creator.
- Was it completed? Completed items move to the Completed view on the Items tab.
Fix
- Open Trash and tap restore.
- Ask the member who made the private list to share it or re-add the items.
How you know it worked
The list or item is back on the Lists tab.
