Download or delete your data
Settings → Privacy & Data: download everything as JSON, recover deleted items from Trash, or delete your account with a 30-day cooling-off.
Open Settings → Privacy & Data.
- Download My Data prepares a JSON file of everything about you in the household. This is your data-portability right under GDPR and CCPA, available with or without a subscription.
- Trash holds deleted lists and items for 14 days. Open it to recover something.
- Delete account schedules the deletion of your account with a 30-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel it from the same place. After 30 days it is permanent.
Deleting the whole household is an admin action from the same screen; it removes every member’s data. You can also start a deletion from the web at familyday2day.com/delete-account. Questions: contact@ksspsolutions.com with the subject “Privacy Request”.
