Delete your account.

Option 1 — In the app

1. Open Family Day2Day and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Privacy & Data.
3. Tap Delete My Account and confirm.

Option 2 — On the web (no app needed)

1. Sign in at www.familyday2day.com/login with the same email you use in the app.
2. Open Settings → Privacy & Data.
3. Choose Delete My Account and confirm.

Option 3 — By email

Can't sign in, or deleting on behalf of your child? Email contact@ksspsolutions.com with the subject "Account deletion request" from the email address on the account (or as the family admin / parent). We verify the request and process it within 30 days, with a confirmation when it's done.

What happens when you delete

• Immediately: your account is deactivated and signed out everywhere. You can cancel within 30 days by contacting us — after that the deletion is irreversible.
• After the 30-day cooldown: your profile, email, password, tasks, lists, calendar entries, photos, and notification history are permanently erased from our systems by an automated daily purge.
• Family content: shared items your family still uses (e.g. a shared shopping list) remain with the family, with your personal attribution removed. If you're the last admin, the whole family space is deleted on the same schedule.
• What we may retain: minimal records we're legally required to keep (e.g. terms-acceptance logs, billing/tax records if you had a paid plan) and anonymized aggregates that no longer identify you.

Before deleting, you can download everything we hold about you: Settings → Privacy & Data → Download My Data (app or web) gives you a complete JSON export. Details in our Privacy Policy.
