Delete your account.

Your data is yours. Delete your account from the app, from any browser, or by email — no app install required.

Option 1 — In the app

  1. Open Family Day2Day and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Privacy & Data.
  3. Tap Delete My Account and confirm.

Option 2 — On the web (no app needed)

  1. Sign in at www.familyday2day.com/login with the same email you use in the app.
  2. Open Settings → Privacy & Data.
  3. Choose Delete My Account and confirm.

Option 3 — By email

Can't sign in, or deleting on behalf of your child? Email contact@ksspsolutions.com with the subject "Account deletion request" from the email address on the account (or as the family admin / parent). We verify the request and process it within 30 days, with a confirmation when it's done.

Before deleting, you can download everything we hold about you: Settings → Privacy & Data → Download My Data (app or web) gives you a complete JSON export. Details in our Privacy Policy.
