How does the free trial work?
Every household starts on Family Plus, free for 60 days, and nothing is charged until it ends. When the trial ends you choose: Family Basic covers the daily essentials; Family Plus adds the shared chore + points loop, fair rotation and the weekly load report, places & store reminders, and the AI superpowers (scan & import, event-prep + trip planning). Or walk away — your data stays yours. We'll share pricing before launch.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You sign up, use everything for 60 days, and only add a payment method if you decide to keep going.
Is my family's data safe?
Encrypted in transit, never sold or used for ads, and you can export or delete everything at any time from Settings — with or without a subscription.
Where is it available?
The United States only, to start. Launching in one country lets us support one set of app stores, time zones and payment rules well. You can reserve a trial from anywhere; sign-ups open to US households first.
Who can use it?
Adults. Every member of a household must be 18 or older — there are no under-18 accounts and no child profiles. Parents are very welcome; their kids just aren't users. You can absolutely organise around your kids: their events, appointments and the tasks they generate.
What do I need?
An iPhone or Android (the web works too). It's most useful once a second adult joins — you'll both get the morning brief.
