Family Day2Day is a private tool for coordinating your household. These rules keep everyone — especially kids — safe. They apply to everything you create, upload, or share in the app.
You must be 13 or older to hold an account. Children under 13 do not create their own accounts — a parent or guardian administers a child's profile under our Privacy Policy and applicable law (COPPA). You're responsible for everyone you add to your family and for the content they post.
Family Day2Day is built for genuine household coordination — lists, tasks, calendars, decisions, and the daily brief. Don't use it as a public publishing platform, a marketplace, or to send bulk/commercial messages.
We have zero tolerance for any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is detected, removed, preserved, the account terminated, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law. Do not upload, request, or share it — ever.
Don't post, upload, or share content — or use the app to engage in conduct — that:
Every family member can report or block content and members from inside the app (long-press a message, list item, or member). Reports go to our moderation queue. You can also email contact@ksspsolutions.com — for urgent child-safety concerns, write "URGENT — child safety" in the subject.
When something violates these guidelines we may, depending on severity: remove the content, warn the account, suspend or terminate the account or family, preserve evidence, and refer the matter to law enforcement or NCMEC. We use automated detection (including image moderation) and human review. We aim to act proportionately and to tell affected users what happened where we lawfully can.
We may update these guidelines as the product and the law evolve; material changes will be posted here. Questions or appeals: contact@ksspsolutions.com. These guidelines work alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
