Sign in, set a password, sign in on another device
Email and password, Google or Apple. New members set their password from the welcome link.
First sign-in
If you were added by an admin, your welcome email holds a sign-in link that works once and lasts seven days. Tap it to set your password. Join a household.
Every sign-in after that
Open the app, tap Sign In, enter your email and password. Continue with Google and Sign in with Apple are on the welcome screen too, as long as the address matches the one on your account.
Forgot your password
On the sign-in screen enter your email and use the forgot password option. We email a link to set a new one. No link within a few minutes? My sign-in or welcome email never arrived.
Another device
Sign in with the same email on as many phones and computers as you like. Sign out from Settings → Sign Out on a device you no longer use; it forgets your session there only.
