Start here: from install to “it’s working” in fifteen minutes

What Day2Day is, who it is for, and the order to do things in so the daily brief has something to say.

Day2Day gives every adult in your home their own view of the day: what’s on, what’s owed, what you’re about to run out of. One household, synced across iPhone, Android and the web.

Who it is for. Adults, 18 and over. Every member has their own account. You can organise everything about your kids (their events, appointments, the tasks attached to them), but children are not users and cannot have accounts.

The order that works

  1. Install and create your household — Install the app, then Create your household. Set your morning brief time during setup.
  2. Add the other adult right away from the Family tab. With one person Day2Day is a to-do list; with two it is a coordination tool. Invite and add members.
  3. Make one real list, usually groceries. Add a few things by voice: hold the mic and say several at once.
  4. Assign one real chore to someone else and have them tap it done. That ping is the loop the whole product is built around.
  5. Start a Decision — “pizza or pasta?” — and watch the tally update on everyone’s Home.
  6. Add a calendar event with an RSVP, then open the notifications bell to see everything land in one place.

Your first morning brief arrives the next morning at the time you chose, not immediately. What the brief and wrap are.
