Cancel your subscription
One place to cancel per platform. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep your paid features to the end of the period.
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Family Day2Day → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Family Day2Day → Cancel.
- Web (paid by card): In the app, Settings → Billing → Manage subscription → Cancel. Your billing portal opens and you can cancel online in a few clicks.
Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period (or, during a trial, until the trial ends). You will receive an email confirming the cancellation. Before a trial converts or an annual plan renews, we email reminders with the amount, the date and how to cancel.
